We don't do a steakhouse menu. We do three steak sandwiches: real strip loin steak, sliced, not chopped, in a bun and cooked rare to medium rare. That's where the flavour lives.
The Rio Bravo comes with bourbon BBQ glaze and smoked provolone, The Mississippi Maverick with Mississippi mustard and horseradish sauce. The San Jose Trail adds a fried egg and hash browns and is built for the morning after the night before. Each one is 510 Kč with fresh-cut fries.
Find us on Malé náměstí 2, between the Astronomical Clock and Karlova Street. The kitchen is open daily from 11am.
