Rychtář Rataj is a lager that is hopped four times. During its production a special variety of aromatic hop is used and the method of “cold hopping” is applied. It is a method in which hops are added to the beer during its maturation in the maturing cellar.

Honey special is characterized by good foaming, a golden brown colour, good sharpness and fullness, i.e. properties that correspond to the character of Czech medium-fermented beers. Its taste combines a smooth balanced bitterness with a soft, slightly sweet flavour.

Straw yellow in color with a fresh but light aroma of hops, this unfiltered lager is a wholesome beer, with simple, fresh flavours that define what a good lager should be. This special amber beer Demon was prepared according to old recipes from a monastery near Munich and continues a tradition dating back to 1420. It is characterized by a rich and balanced flavor. It has a pleasant malty aroma.

The basis of this flavored beer is a pale draft beer brewed in the traditional Czech double mash method. During the post-fermentation, it is flavored with natural sour cherry juice. It does not contain any chemical additives or artificial dyes, but gives the drink a crimson color and a delicious taste, which complements the hop bitterness of the beer and the sweet-bitter taste of sour cherries.

Borůvka beer is characterized by its balanced fullness and delicate blueberry flavor, yet it emphasizes the traditional taste of beer. The blueberry flavor is achieved by adding an extract of dried blueberries.

A top-fermented IPA. Made with aromatic Amarillo and Cascade hop varieties. An aroma of flowers and raisins with a hint of citrus and tangerines.

Krusovice dark beer has been a traditional product of the Krusovice brewery for more than a hundred years, its production has never been interrupted. It is characterised by its fullness, distinctive caramel flavour and subtle hoppy bitterness.

Cider is a fermented apple juice with a balanced ratio of sugars, acids and alcohol with a subtle bitterness. It is lightly carbonated and has a golden color. Cider is less intoxicating than wine, less bitter than beer and less sweet than sodas. This makes it a good thirst quencher.
